There's a party coming up this friday and the dress code is dress to impress. Im a guy (16) but for girls it says things like party dresses so im guessing I should wear smart casual.
I can honestly say that you have got this style thing pretty down pat and I think the trilby hat would really look great with this outfit! Is it black like the rest of your outfit? (except the red shirt) I would also recomend going with black shoes.

Gas Prices Inch Five Cents Higher
Gas prices have edged slightly, ending a downward trend, according to a survey published Sunday as reported by CNN.
The Lundberg Survey found that the average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline rose five cents in the past two weeks to $3.47. From early September to early October, the price dropped 25 cents.
Publisher Trilby Lundberg said that the new spike is due to a moderate rise in oil prices and the dramatic increase of ethanol.
"This doesn't portend that we will see much bigger increases from here," she said. "Crude oil will decide that. If crude oil prices don't jump up in any extreme, then I doubt price changes will be significant in either direction."
She added that low demand as a result of unemployment and underemployment is dragging prices down, even though they are 64 cents higher from 2010.
CNN added that he city with the lowest average price for gasoline was Albuquerque, New Mexico at $3.15 and Los Angeles had the highest average price at $3.86.
